Hell's Teeth

The Hell’s Teeth Demigods are the Defenders of Hell, Dread Lieutenants of the Gods of Hell charged with its security, defence and offensive operations against threatening powers.  They are:

• BARRL, E/N Demigod of Malevolence, of the Host of HAERIM
• DAELOTH, E/C Demigoddess of Terror, of the Host of TERRIK
• JAKK (aka COYOTE), E/N Demigod of Wickedness (also known as “The Trickster”), of the Host of ALTIS
• LIAKA, E/L Demigoddess of Viciousness, of the Host of WAGREN
• PHANTOM, E/L Demigod of Ghosts, of the Host of SOROK
• STRAMMASCH, E/C Demigoddess of Violence, of the Host of TERRIK (formerly of the Host of ZAKEL)

They are proud and ambitious Beings, challenging for Godhead Themselves, and worshipped as Gods in many parts of the Underworld.  Appointment to the Teeth is an honour keenly sought by many lesser Demigods and Demons, and seen as a stepping stone to Godhead (if a current incumbent can be displaced).  There is fierce competition amongst the Higher Powers of Hell, so the Teeth must rule with an iron fist, whilst displaying an outward show of loyalty to the Gods They serve.

There is a degree of co-operation between the Teeth, as They have a common duty to defend Hell, and are not direct rivals.  But given Their Aspects, They make few friends, and those of the same Alignment are deadly rivals for possible Godhead.
