Personality

Ander is someone for whom life has always been easy.  He likes to please people and has no real enemies.

Although Ander is a loyal SARAN Paladin and ally of the Aven Emperors, he is not the most fanatically Lawful of Noble Champions, and his loyalty is as much to the Valdrean Empire as to the Triumph of Law.  As Law-cloned into Decus of Aven, he represents the element of doubt in the Emperor.

Past History / Background Information (Memories)

Born into a well-to-do Valdrean Noble family, and blessed with strength and good looks, Ander rose swiftly through the ranks to become Champion of Gytrasan.  He found the Master of the Imperial Games an Office that endeared him to the people and trod on nobody’s toes politically, whilst being financially lucrative.  He picked up his scouting skills on expeditions into the Great Swamp, the Jungle and other wildernesses in order to capture specimens for the Games.

He is married to Camelia of Aven, a cousin of the Aven Emperors and daughter of Narsus VI’s younger brother.  They have three children: two girls and a boy.

Possessions

Ander has a town house in the Gytrasan Quarter of the Sacred City of Valdran, but prefers to live on the family estate in Gytrasan Province with his wife and children and his father and mother. He is wealthy from his family holdings and his cut of the income from the Imperial Games. He keeps a small menagerie of the less dangerous or prone to escape beasts for the Circus on the estate, where he attempts to breed them to provide new specimens.
