"An alien manifestation of Chaos, formerly known as 'Starweb', attempted to invade Grinen today, 1 Kemel. Due to the vigilance of the Faithful, the Lord Protector was able to stop the invasion before it spread out of control.
"This alien force of Chaos is banned from the Kingdom of the North. Rewards will be given for information leading to the capture of victims infected with Starweb so that they can be cured of the abomination.
"Have Faith in the Might of ESCUS"
