Materials: open receptacle(s) for the Water /
Blood / Drink (cupped
hands will suffice, or an open mouth(s))
Actions: hold Materials out or position them to receive the
Water /
Blood / Drink. If the Water /
Blood / Drinkis being created at a Range and in the Materials, make a
filling gesture at Materials (raise hands together, palms upwards). If
the Water /
Blood / Drink is being created at a Range and not in the Materials (Caster
is holding them), make a throwing gesture with Materials towards the Casting
point.
Effect of Throw: Create T pints (=4T fl oz) of
Water /
Blood / Drinks (may
specify a maximum)
Range: 5d ft -d(d-1)/2
Notes:
- Create Water creates pure fresh (or salt if specified) water of volume dependent on
T. Create Blood (SOROK) creates fresh blood of Caster's
species instead. Create Drink (DALA) creates flavoured and/or
alcoholic drink as specified by Caster (only one drink may be created per
Spell, but cocktails are permitted).
- Water /
Blood / Drink appears instantaneously in Materials centred on point specified
by Caster. A line of sight is
required to the Casting point.
- Multiple receptacles
should be touching each other. If sealed receptacles are at point specified, Water /
Blood / Drink will appear
around them. To the extent insufficient open receptacles are
available, it will overflow them. Caster may limit Water /
Blood / Drink to fill available receptacles by specifying a maximum volume.
- Water will be at cool drinking temperature, but will freeze
naturally if ambient temperature is below freezing. Create Blood
creates blood at body temperature (i.e. drinking temperature for
Vampires). Create Drink creates the drink at normal
drinking temperature for that drink (or as specified by Caster within
normal drinking range) and ice cubes may be specified as part of the
water created (DALA may optionally add slices of lemon and other
trimmings).
- If cast on or inside Beings, it will soak them (no ST), but will not fill them
with Water /
Blood / Drink or drown them. If cast above them, it will fall on them
to soak them (no ST).
