Notes:

1. The Spell restores Sense Characteristics ("Chars") to the Target's original levels.  Cure Blindness only restores Sg.  Cure Deafness only restores Hr.  Restore Senses simultaneously restores all reduced Senses.
2. Senses may not be Restored to more than the Target's original amounts.  However if Target was born blind or deaf, Sg or Hr respectively may be Restored up to 3d6.
3. Affects a single Target only.
