Notes:

1. Makes a volume of water drinkable by removing salt, impurities and disease-bearing organisms, but not poison levels.  Only impurities harmful to life are removed.  Minerals, limescale and peatiness which are natural for the watercourse are unaffected.
2. T gives max Disease Level purified (higher level diseases being unaffected).  Salt and impurities are removed by any successful throw.
3. Only works on water: not wine, potions, the human body, etc.
