Notes:

  1. Targets must all be within Radius when Spell resolves.  If there are more Beings within the Radius, select Targets randomly, ignoring those below Animal level on the Scale of Life unless specifically targeted by Caster.
  2. Targets need not stay within Radius for Spell effect to continue, but must be within original Radius of Caster for any Extension Spell to include them.  Targets are not reselected on Extension.
  3. Spell enables air-breathing Targets to breathe air, fresh water and/or salt water without needing gills.  It does not enable Beings that can only breathe water to breathe air, but may be used to allow fresh water breathers to breathe salt water, and vice-versa.
