10 to 12 No Effect

≥13 Tide speed = (T-10)/2 mph FRD

Duration: t hrs - t(t-1)/2

Range: 60d ft -d(d-1)/2 (= max. distance centre of Radius can be moved from Caster)

Radius: 30r ft -r(r-1)/2 (as a sphere)

Notes:

  1. Creates a Tide in a body of water within Radius.
  2. Light concentration required to change speed / direction or to move Radius.
  3. Witch Tide produces a Control Tides Effect.  All Control Tides Effects and the natural Tide are cumulative.
