Actions: speak Word at Target (who must be located and capable of being reached without obstruction by a sound projected from the Caster)

12 to 21 Insanity

22 to 25 All Caster's possessions (including clothing) are Teleported accurately to (no st) the destination location

26 to 30 No Effect

30 to 34 Max. Distance ("D") = 5(T-30) ft

>= 35 D = 2(T-20) ft

Height of Destination Location (above ground) ("H"): 5h ft    -h(h-1)/2    n/a if Target Being is not on ground (standing, walking or jumping on it)

Range to Target Being: 30d feet -d(d-1)/2

Weight Carried by Target Being (excluding body weight): 1000w weight points    -(w-1)        Caster may either estimate weight and allow sufficient minus for this parameter, with no effect if insufficient, or may leave the parameter open, taking whatever minus is given by the weight carried by Target.

Notes:

  1. Word of Dislocation transports a single Target being and all his possessions to a destination location selected by the Caster.  The Caster may target himself.
  2. The Caster does not have to be able to observe the destination location.
  3. D is calculated from the Target's position to the destination location, not along the ground.  The Caster may specify a distance and/or height to be transported. If he does not or if D or H is less than specified, the destination location is D and/or H ft in the selected direction / height (as applicable). If D / H is greater than specified, the destination location is the specified distance in the selected direction / at the selected height.
  4. The Target appears facing the same way as when the Spell took effect.
  5. The Spell only transports within the same Plane (unless it is possible to draw the line to calculate D through an open Gateway into another Plane).
  6. The Spell allows transportation through physical obstacles, but if the Target would partly appear in the same location as a physical obstacle, the Spell fails.  Appearing close to another Being will not normally cause the Spell to fail, unless that other Being is standing precisely at the destination location.
  7. If the Target saves, there is no effect.  He may choose not to save.
  8. There is no disorientation time.
