By the High Temple of KOROS in Kuntax for Gaius of Satril and Castor of Bavenne:

Gaius of Satril: "What has happened in Valdran?"

KOROS: "Most of the Sacred City and Imperial Palace has been Destroyed and a large part of the Old City was hit by a great wave as the waters of Lake Zarak flooded into the resulting crater, causing further widespread death and destruction. Law and order has broken down, and it appears the mob now rule."

Gaius of Satril: "How does this change the problem we face?"

KOROS: "You were faced with a polarisation of the World into Law and Chaos. Now that the concentration of Law has been removed, it appears the World is breaking down into Chaos."

Gaius of Satril: "What is Your best suggestion now to restore a workable Balance to Anarea?"

KOROS: "More Law must be introduced to restore that which has been lost, or a suitable amount of Chaos must be removed."

Gaius of Satril: "How would You interpret Un'Gora's vision of three spiders?"

KOROS: "I think it symbolises the World breaking down into Chaos, or more specifically the Valdrean Empire disintegrating into Civil War."

Gaius of Satril: "How would we go about practically reducing the amount of Chaos or adding Law to Valdrea?"

KOROS: "I hesitate to say it, but enlisting the help of LOFIR to Destroy Chaos would appear to work. Adding Law would be harder, as there is no easy way to restore SARAN to full strength quickly. But remember Chaos can do anything - even create Law."
