Effect

A small greyish pellet.  If thrown against a hard surface, bursts with a bright flash of light, illuminating a 5 ft Radius with LI +4 for 1 sec.

Notes

  1. Sighted Beings in the Radius must make a st vs Blindness unless their eyes are closed. If they save, they must make a st vs Dazzled.
  2. Sighted Beings outside the Radius looking at the Flash must make a st vs Dazzled.
  3. Blindness results in being unable to see for 1 MR, then Dazzled for 1 MR.
  4. Dazzled results in being unable to use Nightsight or Infravision for 1MR.  Beings whose Normal Visual Range enables them to see in Darkness can still see within their NVR whilst Dazzled.
