Notes:

1. Cast on a single Target living, corporeal Being in line of sight of Caster.
2. If Target elects not to make a st or fails st, he takes a Reduce Pain effect as per the above table for Duration.  This can counteract the pain from Combat Damage and/or Cause Pain Spells.  See Note 9 to the Cause Pain Spell Specification for more detail on how this works.
3. Reduce Pain effects have no discernible effect on Target except to the extent they counteract Pain Levels.
