The standard Druidic Spell Insect Plague Summons a Swarm of any species or family of Insects specified by the Caster (e.g. flies, maggots, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, scarabs, spiders, scorpions). Insect Plague = d4 + (SwL/2)
Plague of Bats / Rats / Snakes = d6 + (SwL/2)
Plague of Scarabs / School of Piranhas / Bird Attack = d4 + SwL
All Damage is done as General Damage. Subtract the min ADS of Armour covering >= 50% of the Defender's HitLocs.

Especially maddening Swarming creatures (e.g. midges or mosquitos) may Cause Madness -1 in the Domain of Despair (BTS as above).

HP = 5 * SwL
Each 5 Damage taken by Swarm reduces SwL by 1. When 100% Damage is taken, all Swarming creatures are killed. Weapon attacks cannot do > 5 Damage per hit, excluding bonus General Damage effects (e.g. dice of Fire Damage).
