10. Naturalise Place

Materials: a range of plant seeds and cuttings and
animal species native to the area and suitable to create and sustain target
Place at the desired Circs Mod. The Spell will work with non-native
species, but these may disrupt the natural order of the area.
Actions: plant and introduce Materials to area of
and around target Place. This may take some considerable preparation
before Casting, and maintenance after Casting.

Notes:
- Increases Circs Mod within
Radius at Rate of Increase until Max Circs Mod is reached, by permanently changing the natural environment, if sustainable at that
location.
- The full Rate of Increase and Max Circs Mod will only be achieved if
the Druid and/or others work at the Actions and Materials over the
relevant period. The Spell accelerates the growth of the plants and
animals within the Radius, and attracts them from nearby, but will not be
fully effective unless those raw materials are available. The rapid
growth produced may also need careful tending, to ensure it happens with a
proper balance.
- If multiple Naturalise Place Spells or Effects are at work, Rate of
Increase is the fastest applicable, and Max Circs Mod is the highest
applicable. Note that Max Circs Mod is an absolute figure, and not a
relative one from the existing Circs Mod. Multiple Max Circs Mods
that are in effect are not cumulative.
- The Spell is to be used with care. If cast upon an area that is
not able to sustain the increased Circs Mod, it will decrease naturally
once Max Circs Mod has been reached. Raising the Circs Mod of places
beyond that of other places in the area may change the natural order of a
Forest.
