Notes:

  1. Allows Caster to control the movement of any number (subject to formula given by T) of Target Beings and objects within Radius using heavy concentration.  Targets may be held in place using light concentration.  Controlled Targets may be levitated and moved around freely within Caster's line of sight.  Line of sight is not blocked by another Being or object moving in front of the controlled Target for 1 sec or less.
  2. If Caster attempts to control a Being or an object within a Being's aura, that Being gets a st against the Target being controlled.  Magic Items get an additional st against being controlled, irrespective of whether they are within a Being's aura.  No further attempts may be made to control a Target in respect of which a st has been made, but this does not preclude separately targeting an object in the possession of a Being who has made a st against being targeted or vice-versa.
  3. Caster can only levitate and rotate controlled Beings.  He cannot control their body movements, so they can continue e.g. to Cast Spells or use Ranged or Thrown Weapons (though they may find targeting these tricky, depending on how he moves them about).
  4. If a Being is holding an object in respect of which a st is failed for control, he must roll <= 2*St - (Speed in ft/sec applied by Caster) on d20 to hold onto it each MR.
  5. Caster can control Melee Weapons and Shields with his own Ft abilities (though this requires some practice, assumed in the Spell Learning time).
  6. Thrown Weapons, missiles and objects used by Caster to attack within Radius have an A of (Speed in ft/sec applied by Caster)/2 * 5%.
  7. Caster may not make Thievish attacks using controlled objects.
  8. Targets leaving Radius or Caster's line of sight have no momentum, and will immediately fall to the ground.
