Effect of Throw:

3 to 12 Insanity

13 to 15 increase natural wind by 60 to 40 mph in a gust affecting Caster and everyone within 30 to 10 ft of him

16 to 19 No Effect

20 to 34 Wind speed = 5(T-19) mph

≥35 Wind speed = 2(T+4) mph

Duration: t/2 hrs - t(t-1)/2

Radius: r/2 miles -r(r-1)/2 (as a hemisphere centred on Caster)

Notes:

  1. Creates a wind within Radius.
  2. Heavy concentration required to change speed / direction.  With practice can produce hurricanes, twisters and sandstorms (in desert).
  3. All Control Winds Effects and the natural wind are cumulative, as stated in the General Notes for Air Spells.
