People speak Orcish, of which there are many dialects. Trolls have a crude tongue which is known to some orcs, but is difficult for humans to pronounce. The subhuman races have their own strange tongues.
The Higher Powers and the Temples speak the appropriate Alignment Tongues associated with their respective Alignments, which are as follows:

Old Speech is the magical language of power, and is incredibly complex, and difficult to learn.
