Other Abilities / Powers / Notes:

  1. Giant Centipedes are Insectoid Monsters.  They are predators that prefer to eat Giant Insects, but will eat anything allive or dead.
  2. They are mostly nocturnal and prefer to live in damp habitats.
  3. There are 3 main species.  The various species do not cohabit, nor will they group together. Any group encountered will be of the same species.
  4. Some Giant Centipedes can secrete MLd6 Acid from their undersides and are Acid Resistant.
  5. Some Sindarin and Goblin Cultists are said to ride Giant Centipedes.  Some HAERIM Temples keep them (especially Species 2) as Temple Guardians or in pits to throw victims into.
