The Monsters of Anarea
![Chaos Hounds](../../Photos/Chaos_Hounds.jpg)
The Monsters of Anarea are much misunderstood. They are powerful
and independent Beings, free of the duties of the Higher Powers.
Whilst they may lack peoples' intelligence and ability to become more
powerful from experience, they make up for it in cunning and innate
power. The average Monster is more than a match for the average
Person.
Monsters populate the Dungeons of Mount Anar, wilderness and underwater
areas, and may be encountered in the Otherworlds. For the chances of
encountering them, see the Encounter
Tables.
