  2. Flying beasts bred in captivity as mounts for powerful Hellish or Underworld adventurers.  Will even carry Undead.  Often accompany Hellish or elite Underworld armies.
  3. Will always have a rider when encountered, as there are no wild Nazgūl.
  4. Nazgūl have carrying capacity 4500 wt pts, and take encumbrance penalties to movement (including to Flying movement) as for Horses, as stated in sections 4.5 & 4.6 of the General Systems.  Note that Incorporeal Undead are weightless.
