Multi-headed Hell Hounds (or Cerberi) exist, especially in Hell.  Each head has a separate sentience, but they are telepathically linked.  They can be Charmed and killed separately.  A Death result other than in the head kills all heads.  Each head has a separate Fiery Breath, which attacks (using a separate AMR) and recharges separately, and a separate Bite attack.  The normal AMR are rolled (not one set per head).
