  3. Pact: will promise not to reveal the location of an underground deposit or treasure (unless offered a more valuable Pact).
  4. Pact: will give the Power to tunnel through earth / rock.
  5. Pact: will give the Power to Locate a particular metal or gem that is buried in the earth or hidden in a treasure hoard (not carried by another Being).  Locate Mithril requires a valuable soul.
