Appears as a pentagram star, shining in the air.  Will adopt a human form at the request of the Operator.  Can change into the form of any bird.

In Circle:

  1. Will identify and answer questions about Birds (will be more forthcoming to Bird Cultists).
  2. Will teach a Bird able to speak (e.g. a parrot or raven) to say a particular phrase.
  3. Will teach a message-carrying Bird (e.g. a pigeon or raven) a particular location.
  4. Will open a Gateway to Cloud Cuckoo Land.
  5. Will give a Scroll on which is a written copy of any non-Restricted Bird Cultist Spell.

In Triangle:

  1. Will answer questions about matters that are within the knowledge of Birds.  Pacts may be made to buy Her secrecy about such matters unless a better Pact is offered.
  2. Will reveal a hidden Waypoint leading to/from Cloud Cuckoo Land.
  3. Will give a Scroll on which is a written copy of any Restricted Bird Cultist Spell (to Bird Cultists only).
  4. Will make a Bird (not a Bird Monster or Bird Demon) obedient to one Participant for up to a year and a day.  Bird must be present at the Summoning (except with a Pact may target any Bird specified by Operator with sufficient accuracy).  Favour may not be given again in respect of the same Bird until at least one year has passed.
  5. Will direct Birds, Bird Monsters or Bird Demons to serve the Operator anywhere within 1,000 miles for 1 hour.  Pacts may be required for major services, or for tokens that allow such services to be called upon once on demand.
  6. Pact: will enchant or give Planewalking Items that allow entry to Cloud Cuckoo Land.
  7. Pact: will enchant or give Bird Cultist and Prot. vs. Birds Items.
  8. Pact: will enchant or give anti-Cat, anti-Snake or anti-Spider Items.

Familiars: always Birds

Notes:

  1. DECARABIA is a bit flighty, and does not have the wisdom of THE GREAT WISE OWL.
  2. She does not have the patience to teach Bird Cultist Spells, and therefore prefers to give Scrolls.
