1. Will answer any number of questions on matters of local rumour.  "Local rumour" is information that is known to, and can be readily purchased from, rumourmongers in the locality of the Summoning relating to the recent past, current events and speculation as to the future.  Note that it is not necessarily what is truly happening, and FLAUROS may give conflicting answers if conflicting accounts exist.  "Rumour" does not include past events, the story of which has concluded.
2. Will advise on how to spread one's own rumours (but will not pass them on Herself without a Pact).

In Triangle:

1. Will answer up to three questions on matters of lesser-known rumour.  "Lesser-known rumour" is information that is known to, and could be readily purchased from, a rumourmonger in any public location in the Overworld or Underworld relating to the recent past, current events and speculation as to the future. Note that it is not necessarily what is truly happening, and FLAUROS may give conflicting answers if conflicting accounts exist.  Rumours that are known only to certain Beings, not in general circulation or not public knowledge is not within FLAUROS' Power to reveal.
2. Pact: may be Bound to spread a particular rumour, or to admit She has been paid less to spread a particular rumour.  May not be Bound not to spread a particular rumour.
