Appears in highly variable, but most original ways.  Common manifestations include reflections in mirrors, glimpses of someone just beyond the edge of vision, a sense of deja vu, a master of ceremonies, circus ringmaster or croupier (though this may simply be His Attendant facilitating his communication), and various methods of communication in writing, by thought or by symbols.

Attendants are usually ordinary persons, to facilitate His manifestations, but sometimes exotic.  May appear as fabulous creatures, animated statues, reflections in mirrors, or all of the above.

In Circle:

1. Will induce or remove one Idea.

In Triangle:

1. Will explain one Daydream.
2. Will give power over one Idea for its duration, or permanently for a Pact.

Familiars: animated props

Abode: Palace of Dreams

Items: Manifests with the assistance of a number of props.  His enchanted mirrors are often gateways to various Dreams, and may be considered Items.

Powers: Dominion over Flights of the Imagination / Ideas / Neutral Dreams

Amongst His most famous Dreams are the Hall of Mirrors, the House of Cards, the Fairground of Many Attractions, etc.
