Appears as a comely young woman lightly garbed in pieces of golden platemail, armed with spears and wearing an open-faced golden helmet with a black plume, riding in a chariot with spiked wheels drawn by two giant cheetahs, which She controls with a whip.  Attended by cat-headed minions, garbed less showily, in smaller chariots drawn by smaller cheetahs.

In Circle:

  1. Will advise on matters of tactics, whether in battle, commerce or personal relationships.

In Triangle:

  1. Will reveal the tactics of an opponent, whether in battle, commerce or personal relationships, unless She has been Bound to secrecy in the matter by a greater force than that exerted by the Operator.  Cannot reveal tactics which have not yet been decided, or changes in tactics decided subsequent to the Summoning.
  2. Will make Pacts of secrecy concerning such tactics as the Operator may specify.
  3. Pact: will agree to mislead an opponent on tactics if he seeks Her advice, unless he does so with a greater force than that exerted by the Operator or pays a higher price.
  4. Will provide an Adviser (one of Her minions, shapechanged into human or cat form) to accompany a Participant for one Caeriad and offer advice on tactics.  A Pact will be needed for the Adviser to reveal opponents' tactics.
  5. Pact: will make available an Adviser to serve for one Caeriad when called.
  6. Pact: will send an Adviser (one of Her minions, shapechanged into an appropriate form) to insinuate itself into the advisers of a specified Being for one Caeriad and offer bad advice (or such advice as the Pact may specify) on tactics.  Advisers can be persuasive, but Their advice may not necessarily be followed or correctly implemented.
  7. Pact: will enchant an item to make the wearer an expert tactician.

Familiars: cats, which will offer advice on tactics.

Notes:

  1. SERGULATH only advises on matters of tactics, not strategy.  She will advise how to conduct a battle, but not a war.
  2. Although She will require a full briefing on the matters on which She is required to advise, this is more to understand the position of the inquirer as to understand the tactical situation, as it is within Her Aspect to be fully aware of all tactical situations.  She will not however specifically warn of ambushes or surprises of which the inquirer is unaware, though She will warn of the dangers of such if appropriate to answer an inquiry.
  3. Her advice represents one set of possible optimal tactics, but does not guarantee success.  There is an element of chance (Chaos) in most endeavours, which She cannot predict, though She will advise how to play the odds.
  4. Sometimes the success desired by the Operator may be impossible, or improbable, despite optimal tactics.  In such cases, She may advise surrender or retreat.
  5. SERGULATH's advice can be subtle, and may be misunderstood or incorrectly implemented if one is not careful.
  6. If the opponent also uses optimal tactics, success may depend on the interaction of the opposing tactics selected by each side, or may depend on other factors.
  7. Although SERGULATH's tactical advice extends to affairs of the heart, it is much less guaranteed to succeed in such matters.
  8. Never agree to play SERGULATH at chess or any other game of skill for any meaningful stake.
