• +1 CP per point of change in wind force on the Beaufort Scale

• +1 CP per 20% cloud cover

Notes:

1. Changes the weather as specified within Radius of miles, disrupting the local weather patterns.  Effects are harder depending on the chances of that weather occurring naturally.
2. Caster can control the weather produced within the defined effects using light concentration.
3. Thunderstorm can only be used to produce thunderstorms, complete with lightning.
4. All Control Winds Effects and the natural wind are cumulative, as stated in the General Notes for Air Spells.
