For Dice which do not actually exist, roll 2 dice with more sides and reroll any results greater than Hug Dice.

Range:    d ft    -(4+d)    If cast on self, there is no Range minus. If cast on others, Range is at least 0 ft, so there will be a Range minus of at least -4.

Notes:

  1. Cast on a single Target Being, who must be a Bear Cultist, Bear or Werebear.
  2. Hug gives Target the option to forego DAM (before rolling it) from a Claw or Grapple Unarmed Attack and to go instead for a 5% chance / HP DAM that would have been dealt (now roll it) of Hug.  In each subsequent AMR roll Hug Dice General Damage.  Target may release victim at will (doesn't use an AMR), or will drop victim if Target takes any Damage himself (from any source).  Hugged victim cannot move arms (e.g. to attack or cast Spells).
  3. The Spell is often combined with the Bear Claws Spell.
  4. May be Cast on Beings that already have the Hug ability (e.g. Bears) to increase their Hug Dice.  Hug Dice are not cumulative - only the highest counts.
