Materials: a few dead leaves or seeds or some dust

Actions: hold Materials in hand, and blow them into the air

Effect of Throw:

1 to 14 No Effect

15 to 29  Wind speed = 5(T-14) mph

³ 30  Wind speed = 2(T+9) mph

Duration: t/2 hrs - t(t-1)/2

Radius: r/2 miles -r(r-1)/2 (as a hemisphere centred on Caster)

Notes:

1. Creates a wind within Radius.
2. Heavy concentration required to change speed / direction.  With practice can produce hurricanes, twisters and sandstorms (in desert).
3. All Control Winds Effects and the natural wind are cumulative, as stated in the General Notes for Air Spells.
