Notes:
- Unlike Light
/ Darkness / Radiation Spells, Brighten / Darken / Change Radiance
Spells have a relative effect, which modifies the ambient LI within the
Radius, as determined by other Light and Darkness sources.
- Where multiple Brighten / Darken / Change Radiance Spells are in
effect, only the Brighten with the highest effect and the Darken with
the highest effect apply.
- Brighten / Darken / Change Radiance Spells only have effect within
their specified radii. The effect is distributed throughout the
(spherical) radius. It does not apply through major obstacles such as
walls, but does apply around minor obstacles such as bodies, not changing
the fall of shadows from other light sources, but changing them insofar
as those light sources are reduced or increased in effect. When cast on objects they may be covered over to block
the Change Radiance as if the cover were a major obstacle.
