Magic Item Specification

Create Spectre: When does >0 DAM to a living Being, whose place on the Scale of Life is Person or greater, the amount of blade stuck in (¼ per 2 points of DAM) breaks off and burrows towards the victim's heart @ 1 HitLoc point per sec, draining 1 pt of At per sec. When it reaches the heart (25% down Chest) the victim must make an At check every sec vs complete At drain. The At drain to the victim is permanent (but may be restored by a Clerical Restoration Spell), and gives -1 to Co and -1 to Wp per 1 At lost. A victim drained to 0 At becomes a Spectre.
The ruby in the Dagger's hilt gives Control of the Spectre.
Once the blade has broken off, the Dagger loses the Create Spectre ability, which is a 1-off effect.
