Elven Cloaks

Description: a camouflaged cloak.  Non-Magical Elven Cloaks are camouflaged for a particular type of woodland (deciduous or evergreen) and season.

Powers:

• Non-Magical Elven Cloaks give a Thievish Camouflage effect of DL+1, cumulative with the Thievish Activity, but not with other Camouflage effects or with the Illusionist Sg Chameleon Spell.  Apply whichever gives the higher DL.  They are only effective in the correct type of woodland and season.
• Magical Elven Cloaks have a Chameleon Sight-only effect, adjusting their pattern to the surroundings.  Max DL may be 1 to 6, with a Blend Speed of teh same number of secs.  They are cumulative with the Illusionist Sg Chameleon Spell, but not with the Thievish Activity or other Camouflage effects.  Apply whichever gives the higher DL.

Notes:

• Only one Cloak may be worn per Being.  They are person-sized (and may be adjusted for Sz).
