Description:

A circular mithril mirror of 2 ft diameter, with a leather cover and handle which disguise it as a Standard Shield for portability.

Powers:

1. Functions as a +2 Magic Shield (but is presumably vulnerable to destruction in the same way as any other Magic Shield)
2. 100% Truesight of anything which can be seen in it
3. Also shows auras around Beings, from which much can be discerned by those who can decipher them.  An experienced Director can tell Alignment, number of souls sold and general level of karma, but only on humans.

Notes:

1. The Mirror is a secret of the I.D.S., and is controlled by its Director.
