Notes:

1. Identifies the permanent Link(s) between one Sacred Heart and another via marker stones / trees / totems ("Stones") in their respective Circles.
2. Caster studies each Stone within Range of his current position using heavy concentration and rolls % Chance of Success for each 5 sec of such study.  If he succeeds he gets a vision from out of the Target Stone of the Link into its Target Circle (there is no ratio if this is in a different Plane).  The vision may be mystical and does not necessarily reflect the reality at the Target Circle.  Multiple attempts may be made within Duration.
3. Further successes from studying the same Stone may reveal further Links.  Where there are multiple Links from a Stone, roll Chances of Success for them in order of the strenght of their Links (which will depend on the Throw used to establish them and the frequency of their respective use).
