-
most other common woods -1
-
rare woods (for current Forest) -3
-
mallorn / sequoia -10 (Tree

Notes:
- Turns up to wt pts of metal into wood / wood into up to wt pts of
metal within Radius for Duration. Does not affect living wood, but
may be used on outside of bark to protect trees in appropriate cases.
- Beings wearing metal armour or carrying metal / wooden weapons do not
get a ST against the effect. Magic items do get a ST against being
transmuted (and remain Magic Items with their bonuses whilst in
transmuted form).
- If T gives insufficient wt pts of metal to transmute all metal / wood within Radius, the lightest items are selected first (or randomly between items of
equal weight) until all the wt pts given by T are used up. Any
items not selected or for which there are insufficient wt pts remaining
are not transmuted at all. Individual pieces of armour count as
separate items for the purpose of deciding which items are transmuted.
- Radius is determined on Spell taking effect. Items caught
within Radius are then transmuted for Duration, even if leave Radius.
- Wooden armour has ADS 1 all over (except where the metal armour had
ADS 0) plus any Magic Armour bonuses and consequently will Shatter more
easily (using the Armour Shattering
rules). Only the HitLoc Area taking the blow will Shatter.
- Wooden versions of metal weapons roll 1 on all Damage dice and will
also Shatter more easily (using the Weapon Shattering
rules and treating their normal max. Dam. as 1 per die).
- Metal transmuted into wood is not effective as Druidic Media but may
be used to store Media Pluses for Duration where applicable.
- Strengthen Wood and Strengthen
Metal effects do not carry over into the transmuted form, but will
apply again on transmuting back.
