Spell

Enchanter Speed with a Throw giving a minimum of 25 (for Movement Rate * 2)

Guideline Purchasing Price: 15GP + 5GP per * 1 to Movement Rate achieved in excess of 2

Effect

1. Affects a single Target living body.
2. Increases Target's movement rates by a multiplier of at least *2 (dependent on T achieved on original Spell) for Duration.  Does not cause additional fatigue.
3. Applies only to movement rates of Target's own body. Does not increase movement rates given by Spells (e.g. Fly or Etherealness).
4. Does not increase Target's speed of thought, give additional Initiative, AMR, D or allow Spells to be Cast quicker.  It can however give tactical advantages in Melee at the DM's discretion.
5. RD is affected by speed of Target in the usual way.
6. Speed effect is not cumulative with other Enchanter Speed Effects (e.g. Enchanter Speed Spells or other Potions of Speed), the best result of which applies, but is cumulative with other non-Enchanter Effects which increase movement rates (e.g. Gravity effects).
7. Duration (non-Extendable) is 9 + d6 min (i.e. 10-15 min).
