Range: 12d ft -d(d-1)/2 to
centre of Radius
Notes:
-
Resets a target Location so that it counts as a new
Location for the purposes of all
Teleport, Teleportal ,
Druidic Transport,
Natural Gateway and
Clerical Word of Recall Spells
and Effects, and anyone (including the Caster) who has previously learnt,
Positioned, instressed from or
fixed it by Commune will have to do so again in order to be able to Teleport
etc. to it.
-
Can specify a Maximum Radius as a variable parameter, in
which case Location is Reset within that Radius or that given by T,
whichever is the lesser.
-
The Spell physically rearranges the Location, but only
cosmetically, and not so as to e.g. cause structural defects or physical
harm to anyone. Does not affect mobile Beings within Radius. If trees are within the Radius, the configuration of
their branches is rearranged, but they remain the same trees and are
unharmed. Features of Temples that are sacred to Gods remain so, just
in a different-looking way. The Ground remains Sanctified.
-
The equivalent Locations on the Ethereal and Astral
Planes are also Reset, as they are learnt by reference to the Real.
-
Any affected trees are also Reset in their Tree Kingdom
forms. (This effect is also caused by
Elementalist Reset Location,
but that it does so is not learnt with that Spell.)
-
The Spell also works on aerial, underground and
underwater Locations, although its effects are more subtle and so less
obvious.
-
Any currently open Teleportals or Natural Gateways are
unaffected.
-
Does not affect Sacred Hearts or Links.
