3. "Teleport Spells" for this purpose are not limited to those Planist Spells designated as such by the italicised legend "Teleport Spell" beneath their ULT.  Any Spell or Effect which instantaneously moves a Being or object to another location (but not the equivalent location on another Plane) is potentially Blocked: e.g. Druidic Transport, Natural Gateway, Clerical Word of Recall, Messages, Blink,  Dimension Door, Dimension Jump, etc.  Pass Wall or equivalent Spells and Effects, or those which only communicate (e.g. Television, Telephone and equivalents) are not Blocked.
